Note	Cecil served in the Haldiman/Dufferin Riffles & the 54th Field Regiment Artillery. He served as Regimental Bugler and was discharged for medical reasons from both regiments. He was very dissapointed to have missed shipping out with the 54th while awaiting discharge from Hamilton Hospital. The regiment soon distinguished itself in the failed Dieppe invasion attempt. Cecil passed away in April 1982 from suddden heart attack. Cecil (Lat.) Dim-sighted.
